Great catch by Thomas that will be reversed and called a TD.

Rams players were walking around him and none did what Fred did, he came over from across the field just to do that. I gained so much respect for fd after that

What is even more mind boggling is how every game is close. Even the games they were losing before the streak were almost all close games. Its like they just figured out how to win close ones. I always say it wouldnt be the redskins if it didnt come down to the end. Jeez cards fans must have shorter nails than i do.

Re: Around the NFL...Week 2 Style
True, like I said we play great teams with our A game and bad teams with our C game. So it could be close, but every year we always have that one game where we just get destroyed, that could also be that game.
(Oh and every year for the past 8 years we've played the eventual super bowl champion so Eagles, Ravens, Steelers, Falcons, we'll see what happens)

Re: Around the NFL...Week 2 Style
Looks like Willie Smith will be starting for the Raiders, maybe he'll play well enough that Khalif Barnes will lose his job.
Briefly: Offensive right tackle Khalif Barnes will be out an unknown length of time with a groin injury. Willie Smith, who has been with the team a little more than two weeks, probably will start in his place Sunday. ... Oakland made three glaring mistakes on one Miami punt in the third quarter. Phillip Adams fielded it at his 2 instead of letting the ball go into the end zone. Meanwhile, the Raiders were flagged for both holding (accepted) and an illegal block in the back (declined).
