How does anyone even look at McDaniels at this point? He quit when at the time he had Andrew Luck. He was garbage at Denver and wanted Orton over Cutler, then drafted Tebow in round one. His offense sucked when he was at St Louis. I just don't get it.

The #Redskins are zeroing in on Scott Turner as their offensive coordinator, source said. The 37-year-old impressed calling plays as #Panthers interim OC last month. Now, a potential reunion with Ron Rivera in the works.

Scott Turner will be a great hire, he loves creative designs and to get guys open quickly!

Per Ian Rapoport

Former Browns QB coach Ken Zampese is in the building interviewing for the #Redskins QB coach job, source said

I really don't know much about Scott but what I love about this move is that KOC was not just given the job, i believe it shows a culture change. Whether its a good move;ST over KOC is yet to be seen.

He's got some good history on his resume with the Rams WR coach gig during the Greatest Show on Turf era, but his last job was with the Browns in 2018. Gotta trust Rivera on this one.

Re: Coaching and Front Office Changes

My only concern is that we are literally doing the same thing BA was always panned for. Going to his old team and pulling all the same characters that led the Panthers to up and down seasons.

Time will tell.

Re: Coaching and Front Office Changes

Not a big fan of the Turner hire. New offense means a learning curve for an already young offense. Plus Turner was an OC for like 5 minutes. This screams good old boy hire if you ask me.

Re: Coaching and Front Office Changes

I feel bad it didn't work out with KOC but I'm positive he'll be fine elsewhere.

At this point even if you don't like Scott Turner all we can do is hope Rivera is making the right moves.
