It looked like it would just turn into a Gibbs debate again, and in fact there were anti and pro Gibbs posts. I was just about to PM SS as well as post here and ask SS to re-lock, and admit I was wrong. Luckily, several others saw the spirit of the thread, and I think its back on track. Im actually looking forward to the Gibbs press conference win or lose to get some more quotes. Of course if they win, Im outta here for 2 weeks per my bet with SS.
The ban wouldn't begin until the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Here's what you said in that thread:

"As for me, if you win it's parrot avatar and new sig for me. If I win it's two weeks off for you. This doesn't include Matty's one week. So it would be a total of three weeks. Unless Matty agrees to merge our bets.

With next week being Thanksgiving week, who knows how much you were going to post anyway or how much I'm going to be on the site. I want two solid weeks."

So why are you changing it now? The bet was 2 weeks, and it would start on Sunday after the game. If you wanted 2 weeks from Friday after Thanksgiving then you shouldve said so before the bet was made. By the way Mattyk never accepted the bet.

Re: Warpath Myth vs. Reality

Ok, I read your post several times, and it is ambiguous at the best. I guess you are basing your 2 weeks from Fri. after Thanksgiving language on the following:

"With next week being Thanksgiving week, who knows how much you were going to post anyway or how much I'm going to be on the site. I want two solid weeks."

If that was always your intent, then fine, I don't mind changing. But Im tellin ya, you'd make a horrible lawyer!

I could just ban you now

Seriously though, I don't recall ever stating specifically when the two week ban would begin. It could be mid April for all you know.

It may be a moot point anyway.

Anyhow, please consult my law team of JoeRedskin, Sheriff Gonna Getcha, and um I know there's some other lawyer on here.

Reality: Please go to thread hell and see the latest submission. No debate, no defense, just a thread that was locked down and moved because a mod didn't like the idea behind the thread, that being amnesty for all Kool Aid drinkers who now wished to repent for supporting Gibbs 2.0.

Reality:

We've already explained why your thread was locked down.

If you want to keep it up I can guarantee your freedom of speech will be taken away.

Don't make assumptions about why threads are locked.

I may be new here but I stopped drinking the Kool-aid as a kid. I really like to read all of the diverse opinions and think it can be humorous to read some strong comments from convictions that cannot be denied. We are all entitled to our opinions... without being ridiculous. I can live with that. Thanks!
