Re: The Masters 2010

I think the announcers actually play with themself when they are talking about and watching TW play golf. I've had to watch just about every one of his shots played over and over and there are several guys who did shoot a better round. God now I know why I don't like TW its because of the Fing announcers and their boner fo him. I actually think these announcer are jealous over the girls Tiger had an afair with and whish it was them. Come on I want highlights of yesterday round not of TW. Its like ESPN took 20min to talk about everything Tiger did and then "Oh, by the way Couples is leading and Phil is one behind now back to talking about Tiger".

Yeah, that's just Amen Corner though. ESPN has a video feed of that as well.

And yes, coverage doesn't start until 4pm on ESPN. Usually with these golf tournaments coverage begins at 2 or 3pm.

Yeah, they've gotta take time to capture and edit to have enough to play out without boring people watching them walk

They don't edit golf for TV. Its shown live with several cameras set up on each hole. To keep from having to watch the players walk the course they jump from one player to the next as they are taking their shots.

Re: The Masters 2010

Boom Boom came back to Earth today. Watson's hanging on, but I see him fading back as the weekend wears on. Nice to see them both at the top of the leaderboard yesterday.

Looks like Westwood might just make a run. 4 under today through 12 after a 67 yesterday. Poulter shot back to back 68s, and Tiger's just waiting to pounce.

I know you're legendary for your spelling, but between this post and spelling "Couples" as "Chouples" (I mean, how did you get the 'h' in there? It's not even close to O and C on the keyboard), I've gotta think you're best suited for the drunk thread right now.

Re: The Masters 2010

I was at a Masters party today at my buddies house. Great times. Plenty of Corona, the BBQ was in full effect, and we drew players' names out of a hat -the top 15 starting the day since 15 of us were at the party- and the winner got the annual green blazer (yes we have a jacket passed around yearly) put on his shoulders by last year's winner. Good stuff.

I'm just about in a beer/food coma.

Go Caps.

That sounds like a cool idea. I was pretty burned out from yesterday so I did not mix my first drink until 5 pm. My neighbor came over and we watched the last 9 holes then his wide came over and we cooked a few steaks. Phil did what you need to do on the front nine and then turned it on for the back 9. That shot out of the woods was crazy and TW had one like that on the back. Ill have to add thats the first time i have seen TW have a brain fart and miss those two putts.
