If you played teams sports odds are you've already played with a 'gay'.
If the military can adapt then football will.

This.

Gay folks are already in the locker room, so the question isn't whether or not they can be there. The question is whether they can come out or whether they must be secretive. And that shouldn't be a difficult question.

I have a sneaking suspicion that there's a Purgatory, it's name is Warpath.

I can quit any time. Really, I can.

Lockerroom/shower thing is kinda silly for any of us that go to a gym.

Anyways, why isn't Jerry Smith in the HoF?

Re: Gays in the NFL. How Do You Really Feel?

I have no problem with gays and believe they are entitled to everything heterosexuals have.

But it personally brothers me when they are next to me in the locker room. Sorry if that hurts someone's feelings. I also don't like vanilla ice cream. Who am I hurting or limiting their rights by saying I don't like standing next to a gay man in a locker room?

There is a reason why they have a men's locker room and a women's locker room.

So are you proposing that a gay man use the womens locker room? Because i'm sure that would make both the gay man, and the majority of women, uncomfortable. I'm also pretty sure that most NFL stadiums dont have women's lockerrooms.

yeah, but you knew would get there eventually. I like how 12th said "How Do You Really Feel?" in the title, with that I thought we'd get there sooner rather than later.

BTW -> @ BHA - Upon reflection, I agree with your assertion of the primary definition of normal and generally agree with the rest of your post. At this point, not going to nit pick about my disagreements.

Re: Gays in the NFL. How Do You Really Feel?

I always wondered why guys have no problems slapping other guys on the butt in sports. Or for anyone who has been involved in any sort of hazing, usually some sort of nudity is involved. All in all a lot of "interesting" behavior is the norm in sports.

Shoot, in football one guy (the QB) sticks his hands on the underparts of another dude (the C) awaiting the snap of the ball.
