Bullshit. My grandfather died this morning (he was 88) and a lifelong Redskins fan. He'll make the Skins win.

Cowboys is doomed. (sic)

Yeah, and i'm sure madden doesn't know what he's talking about when he said, "this kid is something special" on MNF.

and isn't jj already a candidate for injury bug player of the decade? i read that parcells is already worried about it...

Madden saw a pigeon walking across the field at halftime and called it special.

Everything in every game is special to these guys. They go to get ratings somehow.

i'm special. You are special. Everything is special......

by the way did anyone hear madden talk about how yellow and red make green because his tie was red and as he dropped some mustard on it it became lime green. They closed the camara in on his tie them michaels asked him if he was sure it was just regular mustard and not the brown kiind and Madden said he was positive.

yes b/c i'm sure the ABC gods hired a Hall of Fame coach specifically to blow smoke on unworthy football players since he has no concept of football talent... it's for the ratings right?

Julius Jones

Well TAFKAS I dont think its a sophmore slump or the fact that Julius Jones is overated. I think its two things, 1) our o-line is terrible this year and 2) Julius Jones hasnt kicked the injury bug yet. Its the second year he has been hurt and he had a history of that in college. Parcells knows rb's and he was very high on JJ considering he passed up on alot of pretty good backs in last years draft. I do believe julius jones has what it takes to be a very good back in this league but he has been hurt and Marion Barber has stepped up in his absence causing some to question his ability. I posted on the cowboysboard how people flip flop between opinions and how they procalim players great one day and garbage the next. Dallas fans have done it with bledsoe, Henry, Newman and even Parcells when we lose or win. I have been watching football since the 70's and understand CONSISTENCY is the key in this league, not one year , let alone one game. IF Julius can stay healthy he will be a top RB in the NFL but he has to stay healthy.

Re: Dallas will get sweet revenge

If he had a history of being hurt in college, and in two years in the NFL he's been hurt both years then was it really a smart move to pass up other RBs to take him?

This is Dallas Week!!!

This is one of the two weeks of the season where trash talking is so enjoyable. This is the week the all Redskins fans should live for. Think back to Week 2. The Skins go into Dallas on Monday Night Football. The Cowboys are putting 3 of their greatest players in history into their Ring of Fame. The Cowboys thought that this was their game to win. Us Redskins fans were miserable for the first 55 minutes of the game and it almost seemed expected that the Skins fail to show up for one of their biggest games of the season. Then all of a sudden the game is over and the name Santana Moss is godly. There were 5 minutes at the end of that game that seemed almost unreal. The Skins scored on two long touchdown passes to Santana Moss and finished the game w/ Sean Taylor laying out his most crucial hit as a Redskin. There were a few moments after that game when you had to stop and try to take in what had just happened. Then it hit you that the Skins pulled out an amazing win and beat the hated Cowboys.
As we prepare for THE biggest game in Fedex field history take a minute to think about Week 2 and bask in the moment that this is Dallas week and that the Cowboys cannot take anything away from this week because of Week 2. This week should be what all Skins Fans dream about and although a win is a must just enjoy that we a part of THE biggest rivalry in the NFL.

This is DALLAS WEEK!!!!
