IF IT HAPPENS
Goddamn some of you folks really deserve to be chastised. Listen to the fucking words they say. If they're throwing out qualifiers like that then they're guessing! Just trying to keep the conversation (and ratings) going.

Re: Kirk Cousins 365 thread
I'd draft Mitch Trubisky and start Colt McCoy.

Re: Kirk Cousins 365 thread
If we trade a Pro Bowl qb for the #2 overall pick I quit. I couldn't care less who the qb is at that point.

Nobody wants to go through the process of filtering rumor from report, conjecture from fact, or even considering sources. It leads to a lot of stupid shit being bandied about on the internet, sports or otherwise. Is nobody concerned about their reputation anymore? If you get caught up in rumors often enough don't you start to feel stupid, or at the very least gullible? If you read Breitbart and buy into some of their manufactured shit, or Occupy Democrats and fail to recognize how they cherry-pick facts and purposefully omit others, then you're in the same boat as those who believe some blogger on the internet who says KC to San Fran is "all but done". Let's step it up guys. We are The Warpath, for a long time we've been the smartest Skins board on the net. You have to question everything you hear. Nothing wrong with sharing rumor, but at the very least ask whether others think it can be trusted. Better yet, think about it yourself and offer original thought that's grounded and measured. Matty this is obviously not directed at you, I just chose your post to reply to.

Re: Kirk Cousins 365 thread
We need balance because you guys insist on latching onto rumor and conjecture and treating it as reporting. Here's Schefter. He's pressed to say whether the outcome will be stays with Wash this year, or trade. He says stays, because Bruce and Dan don't want to feel forced.
Cousins' future won't be a forced decision - ESPN Video Note, this too is a guess! Wait till something is REPORTED before you spout it here. Or at the very least, link it so those of us with a brain can do some thinking.
