Re: Skins v. Eagles Gameday Thread (Round 2)

As far as the draft goes, it would look something like this:

Tampa Bay 1-10
Cleveland Browns 1-10
St. Louis 1-10
Detroit Lions 2-9
Washington Redskins 3-8
Oakland Raiders 3-8
Kansas City Chiefs 3-8 I assume that SD is going to win.

We'd have the fifth.

Since we lost to KC wouldn't we be 5 and them 6?

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

Strength of schedule breaks the tie. Not head to head.

If the season ended today, we would have a worse SOS. But we play a bunch of winning teams down the stretch, and especially the Saints will throw our SOS sky-high.

9 road losses in a row...ties Skins record...I wonder who the coach was when this pathetic feat occurred last.
Zorn or not....not winnning a road game in a year with pretty decent talent just shows how bad you suck

Houston was up 17-0 to Colts and lose the game. Maybe Gary Kubiak is gone too.

Redskins4Life here lets just keep cheering our team on during this difficult season. We do have some bright spots on this team so lets think positive for next year. HTTR

I never thought we could get any more conservative than we were during the Gibbs regime. Man, was I wrong. Playing for field goals instead of touchdowns cost us the last two games. This team is not good enough to sit on marginal leads against division rivals on the road.

For the life of me, I'll never understand why we say on that lead today. If it was ever more evident of our coaching deficiencies, the last two weeks have demonstrated that.

Exactly, there is no excuse for it. This is a 3-8 football team, there is absolutely no reason we should be this conservative.

I'm not even upset about this cause Philly is better. Did anyone actually think we were going to win? I'm just glad to see the team hasn't quit.

That is definitely a bright spot and I think Zorn should get some credit for that. With all the changes we've gone through on the o-line and losing our top 2 RB's, it would be easy to quit but we haven't.
