Just when I thought they were running the ball considerably more, they had to do that shit. Andy Reid just couldn't help himself.

The bullshit is that Reid allowed McNabb to go back in the game. Who the hell is the coach? T.O. is laughing his ass off right now. They should have just showed him the money.

Turn on to NFL Network. Andy Reid is being interviewed. Man he looks wasted. I think he sees the end and it doesn't look good for him.

season is seriously over for the eagles, their 'choke' hold on the east is now officially over.

Bill Parcells buried his younger brother today in Short Hills, New Jersey. It's unfortunate. But doesn't seem like teams like the Giants and Cowboys use a tradgedy or misfortune to win an emotional game when they need it? I hope the Redskins keep getting better without anybody associated with this organization dieing. That's for real.

The King is Dead.

Philly is no longer the shizzle in the east. Giants , Redskins, and Cowboys, as it should be, battling for the division crown.

BSB,

that's funny.

Wow. Guess I'll take the silver lining here and say it's very nice to see the iggles collapse. But ugh.

Anyways, those division games in fedex in Dec are looming larger and larger.

Re: Root hard for Philly tonight

I just found this message board and I'm a big longtime Redskins fan. Just wanted to see what everybody thought about Philly losing? It seems most wanted Dallas to lose tonight but in the grand scheme of things I believe this was a better outcome for us than the eagles winning. Here is why.

The more teams we can eliminate from this NFC east logjam the better. If we can win our games then we have Dallas and New York coming in late in the year.

Also the eagles game in philly for us at the end of the season will probably be meaningless for the eagles. If the eagles have nothing to play for then mcnabb will have surgery and not even play against us. If we can't beat the eagles when they don't have mcnabb and they are out of it then we aren't a playoff team.

So let the giants and cowboys stay a game ahead of us for awhile. If we take care of business we have the home games against both of them.

If Philly won tonight we would have had a logjam in the nfc east. Now philly is 0-3 in east play and they are probably about done. If they won they would have a very favorable schedule from here on out. But this 1 game will probably do them in and let's face it they were the team to beat in the east for awhile. It's better that they are out of it and now we can focus on NY and Dallas.

Nice first post. Welcome to the board. I haven't really looked too much into all the mathematical ramifications of who loses what games quite yet
