not exactly "pretty good" and his lone TD was a blown coverage. Under no circumstance should he be leading the team in targets

Haskins is the worst starting QB in the league ... IF RR does not yank him then RR is not the answer either ... it will tell us that ole Danny boy still is making football decisions..

Re: Punch's Post-Game Thread

I think Meks just meant that cancer and coaching are unrelated....like just because he is sick doesn’t mean you give him a pass. If he is healthy enough to be there than he is healthy enough to call a timeout. I hope that is what he meant. If it is than I totally agree. Anyway The way it came across sounded more cold hearted than I think he meant it....

I do want to see us try and get Gibson more in a rhythm with more carries, it seems like every time he starts to get a groove, he gets no more carries the rest of the way.

Re: Punch's Post-Game Thread

Turner did a good job today, he used a ton of motion, Terry was open on 2 throws and 1 for a TD.. The OL played their best game, the RBs fight for every yard.. Inman ran good routes today as well, his 2nd TD was a Dime by Haskins...

2 real good throws today

7-8 real bad ones

I want to see more Isiah Wright and AGG, I like what I saw. They are providing Haskins with more weapons to help him out, I want to also see Cam Sims being used as a WR.

Another year of suck.

I believe the NFC East is gonna suck, so let's play to win. Rivera basically "quitting" the last two weeks doesn't sit well with me. If they're attempting to concede the season, then say so and save many of us the time.

Re: Punch's Post-Game Thread

Ron isn't worried about wins. He has already shown that the last two weeks. He said he is " developing his team." Idk.. I think it shows a loser mentality. Look at yesterday. The Bears came back. The Rams were down 28-3 and should have won their game if not for a tricky tack call on 4th down. I thought Ron was better than this.

I'm 100% behind Ron except for the misguided throwing in the towel mentality he has shown in the past two games. I don't think it's good for anybody. If he were to do that at home with fans in the stands I believe he would be loudly booed.

If this continues I think it could become a competition issue for the league. If Ron were to run up the white flag late in the season when playing a team that was in a tight race for a playoff spot, the other team(s) in that race would probably scream bloody murder. But a win or loss counts as much now as it does late in the season. The somnolent league office might just wake up soon and do something about it.

This is an issue for the team owner to address with Ron, IMO. This is bad policy and it should be stopped immediately.
