Re: Around the NFL Week 18
I don't understand how adding an 8th seed fixes anything. Either call it a tie, or go strictly off of winning percentage and call it a day.

Re: Around the NFL Week 18
yeah, I'd just say game didn't happen, go off percentages and that's that.

The tie option had the advantage of being simple and super easy to understand. I think this option is a good balance of limiting the impact of the non contest in terms of competitive advantage, and not having any dramatic impact on the playoffs schedule/structure.

Hope the Jags pull it off tonight. What a great turnaround from the last two years

Re: Around the NFL Week 18
The Jags and Giants changed their fortunes in 1 Off season after being bad for years. The reason?? COACHING. Our staff sucks , don’t tell me we don’t have talent on this roster

They most definitely have better coaching. Also better quarterbacks. Better crowds. Better owners. We are a fucking joke until Dick Snyder is gone. |

Re: Around the NFL Week 18
Trent Baalke has gotten nothing but shit over the years. But guess what? He has done a hell of a job drafting and signing FA’s for the jags.
