Great win. I was expecting a shootout and early on it sure looked like it was heading that way. Great job by the D shutting down Brees and co. Big props to KC, Jones, and the OL.

I was saying that during the game yesterday, things sure are looking good for our OL for the future. |

Great: Cousins and Oline had a great day. Our kicker is out of control...Jay and McVay great great great
Good: Crowder has a chance to be really damn good. Jones and Alfmo...that's the one-two punch I expected. Thompson too getting in the act. Best: But to me, Defense was the biggest story. I just didn't expect that. We kept a HOF QB off balance with good concepts in coverage and limited the run outside that Ingram carry. This time we also made those INT catches instead of dropping them. |

Hoping that Moses / Scherf is a combination that stays with us for many, many years. With T. Williams locked up, we have the potential for a dominate O-line for years to come.

I thought Long was actually playing really well yesterday. Whenever I saw a block being made downfield, he was almost always part of it.

Everyone played well, still seems like a dream. After the Saints 1st drive they only scored 7 more points. And that only occurred on a big play on busted coverage. Pretty good resolve by the defense after such a bad start.

I still can't remember the last time I could truly enjoy a game without a weird anxious pit in my stomach. Maybe the time we beat the Lions by like 40 points years ago?

With the vast cap space we will have next year, I say we target Alex Mack as our C in FA. This line would be as good or better than the Cowboys with Mack in there.
