Re: What is the meaning of your screen name?

My first name is Greg (G), my middle initial is M, and Scud is a play on my last name. A lot of people around here refer to me as GM. However my user name has nothing to do with the term General Manager.

Re: What is the meaning of your screen name?

My last name is Snyder (no relation to Dan). When playing high school baseball the coach kept spelling it Syn- instead of Sny-. So I called him on it at one point, in a joking manner. And he said OK I'll make it easy, you're Schneed from now on.

The team liked it and it stuck.

And I wore #10 my senior year.

RDSKNZ is the license plate on my custom Washington Redskins motorcyle (tank is painted like a helmet, front fender has the helmet stripes and the side panels have the scripted R)

J.A.M.F. = Jive Ass M*ther F*cker.
Old Charlie Parker reference.

I started using it as my counterstrike gamer tag and it stuck.

Re: What is the meaning of your screen name?

I had a vision one night and a voice said to me...."thou shalt discuss the Redskins." I awoke and found myself a gazed. I inquired unto who's voice and asked thee "is thou voice Lord Gibbs?" the voice responded "Thou is super-smart". And I said "but Lord Gibbs, I am not worthy of discussing the Redskins online as the ability to be a jerk thanks to internet autonomy is an honor which with I am not worthy." And the voice said "thy name is not worthy but thy soul is and thou shalt be called Dirtbag, and your post shall be fruitful and multiply 359 times hence forth."

Afterwords I swore I would never do drugs again, so I used the Warpath as a means to help distract me while I quit.

Anyway in all seriousness I was a tweener in high school, going back and fourth from linebacker to DL/OL. By the time my senior year of high school came around I developed a respect for the importance of play in the trenches and by the time I registered for the forum in 2006 the OL was nicknamed the dirtbags by Buges so I figured that was as good of a place as any to start. Also I was number 59 in high school but for some reason my emails and SN's always had a 359 at the end (I think I stole the "idea" from my younger brother). And so Dirtbag359 was born.

I still think it's kind of funny though how sometimes people will refer to me as DB, as theres a part of my brain wired to interpert that as douchebag upon first look but it's only for less then a second

As to how I came on the site, well I had been on a few fitness forums and figured it'd be nice to get in contact with Redskin fans for a change so I searched for a redskin forum on Yahoo and some how I had the good fortune of ending up here instead of ES.

I can't really remember what exactly it involved, but there wasn't much to it besides slapping your own pads and yelling.

Why I decided to end it with a Z, I wish I knew.
For a second there I thought that maybe we had gone at the same time but the time frame is a good 6 years off Anyway I put in two years myself. Definitely an awesome experience. Not only do you get to play more football then you would otherwise but you also get to meet the players as well. During my time I saw Doug Brown, Stephen Davis, Edwin Muliatno, and obviously Art Monk. I also learned that a Super Bowl ring weighs about as much as 32 pennies, a bit of knowledge I attribute to Muliatno. Also one of the coolest parts is getting 'coached up' by the players that show up for a session.

Which college did you attend? I went to George Mason and the school where the Ravens held their training camp during the Billick era (which was a bitch because we didn't have AC in the dorms).

We had ours at Western Maryland College, which is now called McDaniel College, in Westminster. Ironically, that's where the ravens' have their training camp now.
