Re: Peter King Predictions

I like this part:

Quote:
3. * Philadelphia, 10-6: The Eagles had the best depth in the trenches of any team I saw this summer. Especially on defense, where they're a legitimate four-deep at tackle (Mike Patterson, Brodrick Bunkley, Darwin Walker, Sam Rayburn), and in the interior of the offensive line, which I don't think will get pushed into Donovan McNabb's face as much as it was last year. Remember, the Eagles won 13, 12, 12, 11 and 11 games in the five seasons before last year's injury washout.
Remember last season guys? No you don't because it didn't happen because the Eagles weren't good! Washout!

Hey remember how the 49ers have 5 super bowls? Well, they still have Bryant Young, so I guess that makes them the favorite in the NFC. The last ten years are a washout because of that jerkbag Owens and some poor coaching. Washout guys.

Theres a reason these dudes can't pick worth a sh-t.

EDIT-I like his Lions pick because it's a breath of fresh air compared to the normal biased dribble SI produces as "analysis". He's wrong, Chicago wins the division, but I still like the pick.

Re: Peter King Predictions

Pay close attention to his weekly game predictions during the season. The guy is horrible at picking games, and he picks straight up! I don't understand how he has a job that involves the NFL.

I don't think the NFL gives him a dime. I think his mediot writing is bottom-of-birdcage material. My parrot doesn't read, but he knows what the paper is for!

Re: Peter King Predictions

King can be biased at times and a fool at others, but I'd take him any day over Dr. Z, who is pretty much always a fool.

p. king has cowboy joint balls deep in his mouth. The team I think worries me the most are the giants. Mark my word.... Respect all and fear none.

Re: Peter King Predictions

I love the predictions I'm seein w/King et al. not that we can surprise anybody - coaches & players don't look forward to their date w/us on the schedule- but i like others having low expectations.
One thing these guys seem to often omit is just how hard the skins have fought the last 2 yrs. aside from a couple games, we were in every 1. Nobody wants to play us!!!
