I DO believe that even with the success the team enjoyed last year, Gibbs and Snyder have made a few mistakes on certain personel moves. This is NOT to say that I disagree with their veteran favored style. It's a safe way to build talent without the risk of busts. The problem is because the team has little youth to speak of, the end is in sight.
I, as a fan, would gladly endure a period of mediocrity if it meant a championship now. It appears to be Snyder's strategy. |

i agree with gtripp but who hasnt made some personnel moves that have been busts? and i think any sports fan would gladly trade some junk for a championship

Who are the old people that are vital to our team? Mark brunell, Shawn Springs, Jon Jasen, Phillip Daniels.......and.....and? 4 out of a starting 22 isn't bad.
