Edit: this is where a real GM, as in one who actually makes personnel decisions, overides a coach like Mike Shanahan in the decision to not take the truly best QB available or just shows coach the door. Unfortunately, Snyder still hasn't gotten this FO thing right. We've got a GM that's really just the HC's toady and the coach can't get it right to begin with.
Great post Goat. The Redskins simply can't not afford to pick the best QB that fits their "system." They simply need to pick the best QB, period. I hope someone over there realizes this and they make the right decision. Pick the best QB.
