Sucks for JC, but I think he may have improved his stock for a trade, at least to be a solid back up. If Palmer works out, the Raiders are going to be tough to beat.

It's not a horrible situation for Campbell. Number one, Palmer has to prove he can stay healthy. Number two, if/when Palmer proves that, Campbell becomes the prize jewel of the free agent class in 2012. He can go wherever he wants.
