The Junkies talked about this today and said they had it confirmed by several people. They did say though that it was still a rumor though unless McNabb or Shanahan confirm the incident.

Not only would McNabb not wear the wristband saying that it would ruin his "image", at the SB the topic came up at a dinner with DS, MS, Allen, and McNabbs manager. Supposedly DS didn't know about the wrist band issue and started admonishing MS for not forcing McNabb to wear the wrist band and even went on to say that if McNabb stays Shanahan better have McNabb wearing a wrist band. The whole time Allen and McNabbs agent sat there stunned. lol.
