Re: Draft Pick Nightmare

The Thread Title Posed the question 'What Potential 1st Rounder would you want' If AJ Green or Julio Jones are not considered 1st rounders then maybe Skinsfaninok or whatever the hell that name is, you need to learn to read. I simply stated who i thought would be my first round pick and those are the 2 best recievers in the draft. Skinsfaninok you need to just learn to read man and stopped trying to cause hate & discontent. I also say it would be a mistake to get rid of McNabb, he had his worse year with his first year with us but he had no line and how many of those losing games could have been wins, they were by less then a touchdown. If those had of been wins we would have been in the playoffs, DM will be fine, just get him someone to catch the ball and some protection.

Mobass...you're like a new member nightmare. The question is who do you NOT want. Why do you think the title of the thread is "draft pick nightmare"

It is difficult to see any scenario in which McNabb returns.

And Skinsfaninok was just trying to look out for you. He was being your friend.

Re: Draft Pick Nightmare

Im a little late to the thread.... Number 1 for me would be Mark Ingram. Number 2 would be any of the QBs. Anything else i could live with.

Re: Draft Pick Nightmare

Jake Locker will be a good QB in this league. I hope people keep on talking his stock down, so we can pick him up in the second.

Locker at #41 is a pipe dream...IMO he will go closer to #10 then he will #41.

I think you're right about that. I could live with Locker at #17 after trading down with NE to get one of their second round picks (#60) and their fourth round pick (#124). That would give us Locker plus 9 more picks, including 2 second round picks and 3 fourth round picks, to fill some holes.

That would be a great scenario but if locker is a target then they really can't aford to drop below the Vikes at #12. The only way I would trade down is if the target is a non-QB and theres a few players they rank close together still on the board.
