Re: F' foot surgery
He's still in the hospital, trying to balance the levels of the anti-blood clotting meds. I just looked up the meds (coumadin) and that stuff is seriously no joking around medicine. He had also developed a bit of bronchitis. He is going a bit stir crazy though.
His wife and kids also are doing well, she's stressed obviously, but so far they seem to be managing. |

Re: F' foot surgery
Oh man that is tough
![]() I had another friend go through a similar situation after surgery. It's very scary but fortunately the doctors are on top of it now. |

Re: F' foot surgery
I think they've done x-rays, and they had a few cat scans of his lungs. Overall the docs are on top of it, like jamf said.

Re: F' foot surgery
Hey all. Home and safe. Thanks everyone for the good thoughts and well wishes. Big shout out of thanks to my brother for his help and support this week. Will be on and off but just taking it a bit easy right now.
Again, thank you for the good thoughts.

Re: F' foot surgery
Well they do last for 60 days...the one he plugged in before the hospital trip should still be going strong.
Glad you're back home, Joe...take it easy and above all, LISTEN TO THE DOC! Now's a good time to start interviewing "maids" and "waitresses".
