He's scheduled to be an RFA right now. Any other designation would occur under a new set of CBA terms that doesn't necessarily have to include a free agency designation. We can't treat RFAs as anything but.

There is no official word yet. Campbell will be an RFA barring something greatly unforeseen. That's what was decided by the owners in 2006.
