I see what your saying...I found his interview with a reporter where he said this:

In an effort to keep everyone from submitting the same ballot, Cerrato said there would probably be a surprise.

but the radio announcers I believe 106.7 with Arrington was talking about who the suprise cut would be that Cerrato was talking about ...I assumed the interview was with them cause they then said they interviewed Zorn and he said the same thing.
