The strain or tension between he and Blache, or i guess Gray could be involved too, has to be remedied and it's Blache's responsibility IMO. Wasn't Rogers originally sidelined for some kind of prolonged flu or something like that. Then Hall was brought in and played out the season. Maybe that's all there is to it. Hopefully Hall and Rogers are both starters for the Skins. Were going to find out soon enough.
