Dumbest BS they ever did. It was supposed to create parity, and it did, but in doing so created a ho hum product. You have a bunch of mediocre teams, with the same teams year in and out making the playoffs with a couple new faces each year.If Philly didn't tank at the end the SB would have been really crappy.
