CJ is obviously the best choice (but 30, and we cant give up our #1 for him on top of his contract and call it a big win).
then LF, who'd have issues with money/cap/team comp (ick).
then roy williams (who might be the cheapest while still providing the true #1 WR we need, or at least being insurance against moss's hamstrings and providing a much better starting duo)

while i REALLY want CJ, getting roy would probably be a lot cheaper, and i'd be happy about how that need was addressed.
