The key this season is to make sure our deals are not only friendly on this season, but also on the next two seasons. Our cap situation is grim, but only over 2008 and 2009. We have to be careful to not push our problems any farther into the future. So we can add a 1-3 key FAs this year, and all other contracts have to be reasonable. __________________ according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
