I disagree. Running backs are BETTER at returning kicks than DBs and WRs because they actually carry the ball as part of their job. They won't fumble as much, and they tend to have better vision than WRs or DBs. Rock was a consistent returner. He took the ball, saw the lane, got up the field and actually broke tackles. All returners can break one from time to time (rock's no exception), but guys like Devin Hester will always return to earth in the manner that Dante Hall did back in 2004.

Our return game is fine and dandy with Rock returning kicks and Randle El returning punts.

Any RB (or receiveing-style FB) can return kicks in my opinion.
