Yea for a 5th and 20 mil, take deebo all day. He's only 29 and he's an animal. No brainer for me. We have the cap space and I trust Peters. Always been a fan of his and beyond pumped for this move. Watch Peter's extend him and lessen this years cap blow as well. That's what I'm waiting for next.

Just an old outsider looking in but "new administration" reminds me of the George Allen era in building the team with older Vets and drafted rookies seems like a good mix.

Samuel is gonna fit what we want to do: physical WR who can block in the running game, catch these WR screens and break tackles, experience getting open against quality DBs and another runner in the backfield alongside JD5. I still think we can go get a speed guy in the draft at WR. This move fills a big need and still allows us to get a young guy…but we don’t have to take that in the first or second round.

He is certainly going to add an element to our game on offense that we do not currently have

Would love to us flip Jon Allen for a 6th rounder now and claw back a late round pick

The 5th round pick we gave up is actually from Saints via Lattimore trade. In other words, we got Lattimore and Samuel for 3rd, 4th and 6th round picks.

He was healthy for 15 games last year and 15 games the year before. That is pretty good. I can think of alot of our own players who weren’t. He is the perfect weapon for KK’s offense. All the misdirection. I cannot wait to see him plugged in. | |
