There's what you can take from the game vs what you can take away from the season. From the game:
1) no matter how good you are, turnovers can always undo you (Eagles), or they can lead you to upset an opponent better than you (Lions). DQ rightly focuses on takeaways/giveaways. 2) the defense made tremendous strides but the edges are a problem. They can't win on their own often enough, leading to Whitt being forced to send pressure. And they can't set the edge well enough, leading to Bobby and Luvu getting washed out vs Saquon. But from the season: 1) QB is answered 2) coaching staff is answered 3) One of the best draft classes we've had in years points to Peters & team being on the right track 4) $90M in cap space 5) our window is open What a year.
