Re: WTF was that post game thread

I suspect this staff are already considering the history with RG3 and won't risk JD if it look pointless letting him play hurt. He's going to get best part of a weeks reast and treatment before the next game. I don't think they'll take a stupid risk, you do, agree to disagree?

One thing though, it's a rib injury. RG3 was a knee and that's a much more serious injury; he should never have played on it. If JD had done his knee I'd wholeheartedly agree with letting him heal completely before he sees the field again. A rib injury, barring a break, should heal reasonably quickly, especially with reest and treatment.

IMO, the staff took a stupid risk on Thursday night. Whether, it's Daniels knee or ribs, he shouldn't be playing if it's affecting his play..... Which his play is being affected. That is the main point I'm attempting to make. Daniels isn't effective, and he shouldn't be playing. The playbook was being minimized on Thursday based on his effectiveness or ineffectiveness. He should sit until he can effectively function. Period.

Yeah, I don't think it is the same situation as RGIII at all, due to the different injury as you pointed out but also the fact that it is likely the coaches are making the decision here rather than the owner.
