There is a McDonald's up the road on my way to work and I haven't had one of those in a long time. Then I checked the sugar content, over 60 grams for a medium which is a ton. I'm committed to keeping the sugar down and with it the weight loss so I'm settling for 1/2 cup of a hot chocolate.
