I do not understand why it will take a month to get the results back regarding the driver and alcohol. When it was Ruggs he was in cuffs that night. Most every driver is tested at the scene with a follow up blood test at the station or the hospital.

The scene was really bad and there were others injured, to add it's PG County MD . It was announced there was alcohol involved the next day, the driver not the boys.
