I'm all in on the Ravens DC. I want to start smacking some teams around. He can then hire a young/fresh OC. There are tons of guys you can hire as OC's.

I am not sure they will clash, but it is a possibility given the demand for him that he will want final say on players, which would blow up the hoped for structure within the front office, it really depends on if the owners pick the coach rather than the GM, not ideal but a fact of life in the modern NFL
