Whoever the next GM is here, we need someone that's not going to make critical errors like letting guys like Trent, Scherff, and Cousins out the door. Imagine this offense with those 3 guys still here. We haven't been able to find even adequate replacements for any of those guys. Just a total organizational failure at the top. You need to identify your top talent and RETAIN THEM. These are mistakes you can't overcome, at least not with a below average front office setup like we've had with Ron.

That’s funny, if I recall many here wanted Kirk and Brandon gone, don’t resign them, they suck. Same thing being said about Chase, let’s get a 3rd for him stupid nonsense.

There was a lot mixed information from both sides regarding Trent's scalp tumor. The Redskins doctors were willing to share his medical records to show there was no wrong doing on their part, Trent saying no to showing the records, I understand HIPPA regulations. The fact that if you have cancer with Trent saying he feared for his life, yet he didn't receive any radiation or chemo makes me suspicious. If he had the type of cancer he had and needed treatment he would have been out at least 2 years not an off-season. The fact that Kyle had a hardon for Trent and hated Snyder, I'm sure he coached him on how to get out of Washington. They fired the medical staff, was given a chance at a fresh start and he wanted none of it and got screwed on the trade.

So many people could not wait for Kirk to leave. It's been 6 years since and we have not found anyone close to as good as he has been.

Ron let Brandon and Moses go and brings in a guy like Wylie. lol.

The issue w/ Trent may not have been salvageable.
