Ie this video has me worrying he's not just a pragmatic business man, but also an egotistical maniac.

I understand the counter points to that are: no one can be worst than Snyder ; he has proven he knows how to generate profit ; he'd have other business to do than pick a QB or even a coach... I'm just not sure those are guarantees.
