As the confirmation hearing for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson went into hour 13, Sen. Marsha Blackburn asked the Supreme Court nominee on Tuesday to define the word “woman.”

“I can’t — ” Jackson replied.

A Supreme Court judge can’t define a woman. Amazing. This isn’t MTG or AOC..two admitted clowns…but the Supreme Court judge.

What a clown and coward…doesn’t even have the backbone to defend her position. Knowing how embarrassing it is.

She doesn't need to define 'woman' she just needs to apply the law of the land as written. She's not being nominated as a psychological expert on gender identity, she's being nominated as a Supreme Court Justice.

It was a stupid question that smart people see right through. That's why she answered it that way.
