It's been 6 months since I had a homemade Detroit style. I legit used to order a LB off Amazon but they charge almost 10 for the cheese and 14 for the shipping - just found a small cheese store in Alexandria that supposedly stocks wisconsin brick cheese - which is an essential ingredient to the pie. __________________ Hail to the Football Team
