Really good (probably the best I've read yet) breakdown here on what went wrong and whose negligence caused the accident.
I don't mind admitting when I'm wrong as new information comes to light - such as that post I linked. If Baldwin was part of the decision-making census that decided to forge ahead without properly trained crew he bears some of the responsibility for this.
