I think everyone agrees we need funding for infrastructure and especially security of our infrastructure. Anything that is not actual infrastructure like “human infrastructure” should be negotiated outside of the bill as a separate issue.
You might be right but I'll wait until Biden starts bragging about passing his "IQ" test to confirm it.
