if trump wins and Rs retain control of the senate ... they will continue to rule "because they can"

if biden wins and D control the Senate .. they will be out for blood

best case (outside a dem sweep lol) -- biden wins, Rs retain control of the Senate and Rs force legislation to a crawl and we just do government shutdowns, furloughs and stop gap spending bills.
