We wound up getting more ice than snow. Luckily the power didn't go out, but I was home from work for a couple days.

we're dug out here now, really a pretty ho hum for a blizzard, which is a good thing. someone brought out a bobcat (mini bulldozer) and well, it did some work.

that's cool, but i doubt it works if there's ice on the bottom and i'm not sure it'd work super well on asphalt either, or when you have to deposit the roll on top of the 6 ft pile when you're done rolling it.

still, i'll give it a go next time out.

Got about an inch on the ground and per the news there have been about 100 accidents that the first responders have been to today. Yep, sounds like nova.

Here in Charles county Maryland (south of DC) we got about 1 an 1/2 inches but St.Mary's county Maryland (more towards the east) got almost 4 inches.
