Give me Jay Gruden, Mike McCoy, and Mike Pettine and I'll call it a staff. We can fill in the rest if anyone else leaves. I'd also be okay with Callahan as OC. And obviously I'd love if he stayed as our offensive line coach.
I wish McVay all the best, but I'm not crying over him leaving. I'm in San Diego. I'll be watching live when we play against him next year.
