Why is everyone blaming Snyder now? He is paying Shanahan $7 million a year and expects better than a 3-10 record and embarrassing performances week after week.

It's because he's paying $7 million a year to a coach with an overgrown sense of entitlement that his ability to manage people/a business can be called into question.

They are all to blame, but to change the culture cant have to owner going back to his old ways of having a open door policy with the superstar player. So yes Shanny has failed on making us a good franchise, but Synder under minded his ability to do that if all these rumors are true. So bottom line no coach is going to want to work for a boss who is going to undermine their authority.

The open door policy is with every player for starters. But it's naturally tighter with the superstar. It's the way it works. Everywhere. Always has been, always will be.
