See that's something wrong with our society now (or maybe I'm just noticing it more). Since when is "our O sucks" a valid defense for our D?

Kyle Shanahan isn't the reason our D is ranked 31st (next to worst) in giving up points/game, and 29th in giving up yds/game. LINK

You mean how the offense didn't score any points while the defense kept Peyton Manning to 7 points int he first half of that game? Or how the offense and special teams were responsible for about 21 points scored by the Cowboys on that Sunday night game.

I'm not saying that the defense is the best, but I am not not being too simple minded to say that they are the problem.

We don't have enough talent in the defense to have an anemic offense, and our offense cannot outscore our opponents and overcome a mediocre defense. Both units need to be playing well, otherwise they will affect each other's performance.

The D ended up folding like a cheap tent in Denver. No excuses. Didn't do that well in the Dallas game either.

Just saw another example of poor tackling, groan.

Yes and the offense had nothing to do with that. You're f*cking right, offense is blameless.

C'mon, you're better than using the excuse a five year-old would use when caught with the goods.

Our D is bad. We've been bad. When under freakin Zorn and Blanche our D wasn't this bad.

And you have the brain of a five year old to think that this is only the defense's fault. Both units have issues and one cannot carry the other period.

Dude, I respect you. Still do. Please check yourself. Blaming the O for how bad the D has been, is like a guilty child pointing elsewhere saying "they did it toooooo!" It doesn't excuse how bad our D is. Look at the stats link I posted earlier, check out our D rankings during Haslett's tenure. We've been bad on D, plain and simple.
