So what's the secret to making good fries on the grill?

I've got burgers, steaks, pork, etc. down pretty good. But when I try to accompany it with fries, the fries just don't come out right.

Just cut up some potato's (with skin on) put them in the oven on a cookie sheet or 2 and cook em' until brown. Makes damn good......Healthy fries. Try sprinkling some spice of one kind or another to enhance.
Safety Tip: Pam the cookie sheet or....something or the cleanup is...heinous
