I would draft him on one condition:

Both Pryor and his agent (Drew Rosenhaus) have to agree that he will get as many practice reps at WR as he will at QB for at least the first 12 months that he is under contract. That means in his practices this season and all of the next off-season.I think Pryor has WR potential. I am FAR less impressed with him as an NFL QB.

If they both agree to that, then I would bid a 4th round selection for him.

At his impromptu pro day today, Pryor said he would like to play QB in the NFL but that he would be willing to play any position that would help his team.
