HGH has been known to help heal players faster and when I think of guys like Santana Moss, who got involved with Doctor Galea from Canada, and how they'd probably be suspended for this new policy, I don't think it's fair.

I know it'd be incredibly hard to police who's taking HGH for a competitive edge and who took a small increment of HGH to recover from an injury faster, but that's the way it should be IMO. I'm against players that take hgh just to get that edge, but I think it should be allowed in very small doses as part of recovery treatment for an injury, similar to the way Galea was using it.

If HGH is safe and it's only benefit is to help players heal quicker from injury why isn't it standard for NFL players to be given the drug when coming back from injuries?
