I don't see Philly as a major contender for Nnamdi. I see Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Washington, or a return to Oakland. He'd have to take less money to go back to Oakland because of their cap situation. Given the alternatives, that might be the best place to be. --EDIT-- Oh, and Tampa Bay. Aqib Talib is going to be difficult to replace otherwise.
