This is hilarious...only in Dallas would this crap happen. At least this screen won't be affecting any games of importance, since Dallas has not won a playoff game in 13 years and counting.

The league should massively fine him for every week he does not move it, whether it affects a kick or not. Knowing Jones and his ego, he'll pay the fine before admitting he was wrong (stupid).
I've never heard that they ran out of money and that was the reason the old stadium had the hole. Those type roof's are designed a certain way for support reasons and you cannot at the last minute decide to leave out structure that the roof depends on for its suport and design. JJ can rais this thing anytime he decides its a problem with a push of a botton so its no real big deal.
