Certainly after his first year, Zorn has got to have some pretty solid questions, and I can't think of anyone else I would rather him get answers from (a close second would be Holmgren). If he is adept at learning, as I believe he is, he certainly has good sources to go to and get advice from the best. Well with Gibbs 2 our O struggled and with Zorn last year our O struggled so I'm not sure what Gibbs could help him with there.
